Results Summary

Primary human PBMC were stimulated with TLR7 agonist for 48 hr and B cell activation was determined by CD25 staining. The antibody does not give the brightest signal (due to FITC being the fluorochrome), but still a very dynamic signal. (Blue histogram=unstim, Orange histogram=TLR7 agonist.)
