Product Name:

Anti-human CD83 Alexa Fluor 647

Catalog Number:

305316

Human peripheral dentritic cells were stimulated with pIC overnight and activation was measured by CD83 staining. The antibody gives a bright, dynamic signal.

Results Summary

Human PBMC were stimulated with pIC overnight and activation on dendritic cells (CD11c+MHC-II+) was measured using anti-CD83 AF6471. Blue histogram: unstimulated; orange histogram: pIC. The antibody is bright enough to be used at a 5x lower test size than recommended (1 µL instead of 5 µL) and results in a dynamic signal.
