Product Name:

APC/Fire™ 750 anti-human IgD Antibody

Catalog Number:

348238

This antibody has been used in a flow cytometry-based study immunophenotyping PBMC populations obtained from cancer patients. The results have not yet been published. Multi-color antibody panels were designed to identify a number of lymphocyte populations and tested to ensure appropriate compensation was possible. IgD was used to identify between unswitched and switched memory B cells.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Flow Cytometry

Sample

Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC)

Primary Incubation

5uL APCFire750-IgD for 30 minutes at 4oC

Blocking Agent

FcR blocking reagent, human (Miltenyi Biotec, cat# 130-059-901)

Secondary Incubation
