We are an immunology lab that studies T cell metabolism. One key factor that has been shown to control T cell metabolism is the transcription factor c-MYC. We were interested in assessing c-MYC levels during CD8 T cell differentiation in different cell populations. We were able to identify two populations with varying levels of c-MYC.

Summary

The Good

Strong antibody to distinguish varying amounts of MYC

The Bad

Higher dilution needed to see the difference

The Bottom Line

Great antibody to measure the master transcription factor that regulates metabolism via flow cytometry. Highly recommend.
