Product Name:

Alexa Fluor® 647 Rat IgG1, κ Isotype Ctrl Antibody

Catalog Number:

400418

CD4+ T cells were isolated from mice and polarized to a specific phenotype using cytokines and antibodies. After polarization the phenotype of the cells was checked utilizing flow cytometry and the Alexa Fluor® 647 Rat IgG1, κ Isotype Ctrl Antibody in order to control for the signal to noise ratio to differentiate non-specific background signal from specific antibody sign.
