In this experiment, we need to identify bone marrow derived cells using CD45 as a marker following bacteria infection in mice. We selected this antibody because it is easy to use and we have used the APC/cy7 version of this product.

Without much optimization we were able to identify cells that is stain cd45 positive from the BALF. The antibody can probably be further titrated.
