The aim of this study was to study immune cells in peripheral blood and synovial fluid. Therefore we were interested in the expression of CCR6.

Experimental Design and Results Summary

Applications

Flow Cytometry

Sample

Human peripheral blood

Primary Incubation

50ul of blood was incubated for 30 minutes at room temperature in the dark with the antibody. After this peripheral blood was lysed using the BD lysing buffer as indicated in the manual. Cells were washed three times with PBS and then resuspended in 300ul of FACS buffer and used for flow cytometry

Results Summary

CCR6 could be clearly identified in CD4+ and CD4- T cells of human peripheral blood. In the figure you see CD3+ T cells that are plotted using the antibody CCR6 and CD4.
