Used this kit to clean up RNA from several sources: tissue, primary neurons, cell lines. The end goal is to run qPCR on these samples and cleaning up the RNA is the first step. The kit is easy to use and steps explained well.

Using the provided spin columns you load your sample and clean the RNA with the provided reagents before isolating your RNA from the column and nanodropping it for concentration and purity
Label all tubes before starting
The yields are usually good enough for any downstream applications and 260:280 ratio for purity in the ideal range
