Description
Use TissueFAXS Spectra for whole-slide multispectral imaging as well as high-end image analysis. This system allows the scanning of up to 8 markers in one run and thereby is an ideal solution for multiplex IF and spatial biology studies. A liquid crystal tunable filter (LCTF) is used as well as an inbuilt spectral unmixing algorithm – leading to elimination of bleed through and autofluorescence.
This technology allows e.g. the analysis of the tissue architecture, in-depth immunophenotyping, as well as exploring spatial relationships.
