Tissue Lysates

Tissue lysates are available from different reagent suppliers and are purified from a variety of sources, including normal and diseased human and animal tissues. Tissue lysates are cell extracts obtained from a specific tissue type and species using optimized extraction protocols to ensure consistent results. They are offered as normal, tumor, and disease-characterized tissues. Lysates are used in a variety of applications, such as SDS-PAGE (as controls), immunoprecipitation, biomarker identification, antibody detection, protein interaction studies, Western blot, and ELISA. Visit the reagent supplier page for more product information, including tissue source, storage information, and intended applications.

  • Recombinant REAfinity™ Antibodies

Recombinant REAfinity™ Antibodies for reproducible flow cytometry results Recombinant antibodies are the next generation of engineered flow cytometry antibodies, and represent the first truly fundamental shift in antibodies since monoclonals were first developed 40 years ago. Recombinant antibodies are derived from a defined set of genes, and the production process is highly standardized. Therefore, these antibodies are consistent in their structure and performance, leading to high experimental...

  • LipidLaunch™️ SM-102 LNP Kit (Loadable)

Cayman’s LipidLaunch™ Loadable LNP SM-102 Kit provides cargo-ready, empty, lyophilized SM-102 LNPs specially formulated for in vitro RNA transfection. Following resuspension, these LNPs are capable of rapid encapsulation of RNA, without the need for incubation steps, enabling subsequent delivery to target cells. LipidLaunch™ Loadable LNPs demonstrate very low toxicity compared to traditional lipid-based transfection methods.Conventionally loaded LNPs typically require specialized equipment to ensure consistent control of particle size, while also requiring larger reaction volumes. LipidLaunch™ Loadable SM-102 LNPs enable users to encapsulate RNA cargo in reaction volumes as low as 50 µl, offering greater flexibility in the scale of preparation while preserving costly RNA cargo
