Description
Principle of the assay: This assay employs the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with biotin-BSA and Avidin. Standards and samples are pipetted into the wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for GH1. After washing, GH1 antibody conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to the wells. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of GH1 in sample.
