Detects cAMP, a cell-signaling molecule, in pmol amounts. Optimized for measurement of adenylyl cyclase activity and for monitoring phosphodiesterase activity in either in vitro enzyme preparations or partially purified cell extracts. Explorer kit contains reagents for two 384-well plates with 20 µl sample volumes, including anti-cAMP antibody, fluorescein-labeled tracer, cAMP calibrator, HEFP Assay Buffer and LyX™ Lysis Buffer.
