Western blot analysis from lysates of D3 mouse embryonic stem cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of mouse RAMP2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47846) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for RAMP2 at approximately 20 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
