Western blot analysis from lysates of human liver tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human RECK Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47190) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for RECK at approximately 130 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
