Immunocytochemistry analysis of USP2 in immersion fixed NIH‚3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. Samples were incubated in USP2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48091) using a dilution of 0.3 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.

Western blot analysis from lysates of mouse liver tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-mouse USP2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-48091) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for USP2 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
