Western blot was performed using Anti-ITGB6 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47309) and bands between 86-110 kDa corresponding to ITGB6 were observed across the cell lines and tissue tested. HT-29, MCF 10A, A-431 were high expressing cell lines when compared to A549 and HEK-293; Mouse Kidney, Mouse Lung were high expressing tissues when compared to Mouse Liver and Mouse Ovary. Membrane enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of HT-29 (Lane 1), SK-BR-3 (Lane 2), A549 (Lane 3), MCF 10A (Lane 4), A-431 (Lane 5), HEK-293 (Lane 6), tissue extracts of Mouse Kidney (Lane 7), Mouse Lung (Lane 8), Mouse Liver (Lane 9) and Mouse Ovary (Lane 10)were electrophoresed using Novex® NuPAGE® 4-12% % Bis-Tris gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB23001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (0.1µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence with Rabbit anti-Goat IgG Heavy Chain Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27014, 1:4000 dilution) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
