Neutralization of IFNGR1 in HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in IFNGR1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47866). Recombinant Human IFN‚γ reduces the Encephalomyocarditis Virus (EMCV)-induced cytopathy in the HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Inhibition of EMCV activity elicited by Recombinant Human IFN‚γ (2 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-HumanIFN‚γ R1/CD119 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.5-2 µg/mL.

Immunocytochemical analysis of IFN- gamma R1/CD119 was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using Goat Anti-humanIFN- gamma R1/CD119 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47866) at 15 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using a 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to plasma membrane.
