Neutralization of CXCL3 in BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with human CXCR2. Samples were incubated in CXCL3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47704). Recombinant Rat CXCL3/CINC‚2α chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro‚B cell line transfected with human CXCR2 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin. Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Rat CXCL3/CINC‚2α (0.05 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Rat CXCL3/CINC‚2α/β Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.5-2.0 µg/mL.
