Immunocytochemical analysis of Adiponectin/Acrp30 was detected in immersion fixed mouse mesenchymal stem cells differentiated into adipocytes using Rat Adiponectin/Acrp30 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-48026) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (yello and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
