Western blot analysis of CRISP4 in mouse epididymis tissue. Samples were incubated in CRISP4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48066) using a dilution of 0.2 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. Specific bands were detected for CRISP‚4 at approximately 26-30 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
