Immunocytochemistry analysis of GSC in immersion fixed BG01V human embryonic stem cells differentiated into mesoderm. Samples were incubated in GSC polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47575) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 493-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to nuclei and cytoplasm.
