Immunohistochemical analysis of CARTPT in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (Hypothalamus) tissue. Samples were incubated with CARTPT Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47170) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Goat IgG HRP Secondary Antibody. Tissue was stained with DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
