Immunohistochemical analysis of Syndecan 2 in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse spinal cord. Samples were incubated with Syndecan 2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47855) using a dilution of 1.7 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to the dorsal horn.

Tissue was stained using the 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (re and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to the dorsal horn.
Western blot analysis of Syndecan 2 in C2C12 mouse myoblast cell line, Balb/3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and B16‚F1 mouse melanoma cell line. Samples were incubated in Syndecan 2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47855) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Syndecan-2/CD362 at approximately 42 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
