Western blot of BCAP/PHF11 in A) Daudi B) Jurkat and C) Jurkat nuclear lysates was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a BCAP/PHF11 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37945) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
