Western blot analysis of SynGAP using SynGAP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-37909) (2 µg/mL) in staining of Mouse Brain lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
Western blot of SynGAP in mouse brain lysate was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a SynGAP polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37909) at a dilution of 2 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
