Western blot analysis of Phospho-RAD51 pTyr315 in extracts from Jurkat cells using a Phospho-RAD51 pTyr315 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-38699). Jurkat cells were lysed in RIPA buffer on ice for 30 minutes. Lysates (20 µg) were loaded onto SDS-PAGE. Separated proteins were transferred to membranes and the membranes were blocked in TBS with 0.1% Tween-20 and 5% BSA overnight at 4°C. Membranes were incubated with primary antibody and without (Lane 1) and with (Lane 2) RAD51 phosphorylation peptide.
