Western blot analysis of SLAMF8 using SLAMF8 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-37956) in Lane A: HEK293 lysate (10 µg protein in RIPA buffer) overexpressing Human SLAMF8 with C-terminal MYC tag probed with SLAMF8 Polyclonal Antibody (0.01 µg/mL). Lane B: Mock-transfected HEK293 probed with SLAMF8 Polyclonal Antibody (0.01 µg/mL). Lane C: transfected HEK293 lysate probed with anti-MYC Tag (1:1,000). Primary incubations were for 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.

Western blot of SLAMF8 in HEK293 lysate was performed using 10 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a SLAMF8 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37956) at a dilution of 0.01 µg/mL (Lane A) and with a MYC Tag antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 (Lane C). Lane B shows mock-transfected HEK293 cells probed with PA5-37956 at a dilution of 0.01 µg/mL. All lysates were incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
