Western blot analysis of STX11 using STX11 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-37907) (1 µg/mL) in staining of Human Placenta lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence.
Western blot of Syntaxin-11 in placenta lysate was performed using 35 µg protein in RIPA buffer. Lysates were probed with a Syntaxin-11 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-37907) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL and incubated for 1 hour, followed by chemiluminescent detection.
