Rabbits were immunized with synthetic peptide corresponding to the Calmodulin Binding Protein (CBP) epitope tag conjugated to a carrier protein. The resulting antiserum was passed over an antigen containing immunoabsorbant from which the anti-CBP was immunoaffinity purified. Purification was followed by conjugation with horseradish peroxidase (HRP)
