Description
Rabbits were immunized with DYKDDDDK conjugated to a protein carrier. The resulting antiserum was passed over an antigen containing immunoabsorbant from which the anti-DYKDDDDK was immunoaffinity purified. Purification was followed by conjugation with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)
