Western Blot: TCF7L2 Antibody [NBP1-19083] - Western blot analysis of TCF7L2 (F) protein in D3H2LN TNBC cells after treatment with SCR or SID decoy peptide (2.5uM, 24 hours). SID decoy treatment inhibited full-length (~64 kDa) and, to a greater extent, short isoform variant (~53 kDa) TCF7L2 proteins in comparison to untreated or SCR treated controls. The band intensities for TCF7L2 in each lane were normalized to the GAPDH loading control and indicated in red. The result is representative of three independent experiments.
