MBS524071 is rabbit IgG directed against rat red blood cells. This IgG fraction was isolated from a high titer antiserum by salt fractionation and DEAE ion exchange chromatography. It was titered against its immunogens, sterile filtered, and analyzed for immunoglobulin purity and protein concentration.
