Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Inhibin alpha Antibody [NBP2-26096] - 60X image of Hu Testis stained with Inhibin alpha antibody at 1:50 shows questionable punctate or vesicular staining, both cytoplasmic and somewhat nuclear, in fluorescent green 488. Did not correspond completely with multiple other INHA antibodies tested. IHC staining with citrate pH 6 antigen retrieval; detected staining with a 488-conjugated anti-goat secondary antibody.
