OS9 Antibody

Knockdown Validated: OS9 Antibody [NB100-519] - Contribution and interaction of OS-9 for degradation of SHH proteins. Cells stably expressing the N278A-HA precursor were depleted of OS-9 by siRNA, and the fate of N278A was followed after cycloheximide (CHX) addition. All samples were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting with HA antibodies. Controls were treated with a commercial negative control siRNA. The samples were also immunoblotted for OS-9 to show the extent of depletion. Immunoblotting with GAPDH antibodies served as loading control.
