Flow Cytometry: NG2/MCSP Antibody (LHM 2) [Alexa Fluor® 700] [NB100-2688AF700] - A cell surface stain was performed on SK-MEL-28 cells with NG2/MCSP antibody (LHM 2) NB100-2688AF700 (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were incubated in an antibody dilution of 5 ug/mL for 20 minutes at room temperature. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 700.
