Mouse monoclonal antibody to CD261 which is a receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TNFSF10/TRAIL. The adapter molecule FADD recruits caspase-8 to activated CD261 which is expressed in most human tissues including spleen, peripheral blood leucocytes, thymus and in a variety oFT tumour-derived cell lines.
