Western blot using Protein A purified anti-ASPP2 to detect over-expressed ASPP2 in MCF-7 cells (Lane 2, arrowhead). Lane 1 is a nontransfected control. Lane 3 is MCF-7 cells over-expressing ASPP1. Cell extracts were electrophoresed and transferred to nitrocellulose. The membrane was probed with the primary antibody at a 1:1,000 dilution.
