Immunohistochemical analysis of WNV-Envelope protein in bird liver using a West Nile Virus Envelope polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41073) at 1 µg/mL, incubated for 30 minutes. A second antibody conjugated to biotin was applied followed with streptavidin-AKP. Antigen retrieval was performed using a protease for three minutes at room temperature with a parafilm coverslip. A West Nile Virus Envelope polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41073) was used at an initial concentration of 1 µg/mL (using an autostainer which keeps residual fluid on the slides during every step, so the final concentration is approximately 2.5 times more dilute).
