Western blot analysis of TRAIL-R2 (DR5) in HL-60, HepG2, HCT-116 and human placenta. Samples were incubated in TRAIL-R2 (DR5) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41235) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL followed by ananti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody.
