Immunohistochemical analysis of TLR5 in paraffin-embedded formalin-fixed human stomach tumor tissue using a TLR5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-41139) at 10 µg/mL.

Western blot was performed using Anti-TLR5 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-41139) and a 93 kDa band corresponding to Toll-like receptor 5 was observed across all the cell lines tested. 30 µg lysates of HT-29 (Lane 1), U-937 (Lane 2), A549 (Lane 3), HeLa (Lane 4), Caco-2 (Lane 5) and HaCaT (Lane 6) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 10% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0301BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane (Product # IB24001) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody at a concentration of 1 µg/mL and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:4000 diultion) using the iBright™ FL1500 Imaging System (Product # A44115). Chemiluminescentdetection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
