Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of A-375 (Lane 1), MCF7 (Lane 2), SH-SY5Y (Lane 3), HeLa (Lane 4), Hep G2 (Lane 5), PC 12 (Lane 6) and tissue extract of Mouse Colon (Lane 7). The blot was probed with Anti-IL20RA Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-41167, 1:2,000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4,000 dilution). A 80 kDa band corresponding to IL20RA was observed across all the cell lines and tissue tested.
