MPP2 (Palmitoylated membrane protein 2) is a member of a family of membrane associated proteins termed MAGUKs (membrane associated guanylate kinase homologs). These proteins interact with the cytoskeleton and regulate cell proliferation, signaling pathways, and intracellular junctions.
