GRAIL/RNF128 Antibody

Western Blot: GRAIL/RNF128 Antibody [NBP2-24610] - Bone marrow progenitors were isolated from C57BL/6 mice and incubated with 20ng/ml GM-CSF. (a) Cells were collected at days 0-9. A portion of the cells at day 8 were stimulated with OVA for 24h. Collected cells were processed for protein extraction followed by immunoblot analysis with antibodies to the indicated proteins. Blots were stripped of antibodies prior to probing with the next one. The two braces on the left represent two different gels of the same samples. Signals were quantified and are shown as values under the respective blots.
