Knockdown Validated: CIP2A Antibody (2G10) [NB110-59722] - miR-375 increases p21, p53, and RB in HPV16- and 18-positive cancer. Protein levels of CIP2A, p53, and p21 in SiHa cells transfected with si-CIP2A and/or si-p53 were measured by Western blot analysis. Protein levels of CIP2A, p53, and p21 in SiHa cells transfected with si-p53 and/or miR-375-mimic were measured by Western blot analysis.
