SPEN Antibody

Immunoprecipitation: SPEN Antibody [NB100-58799] - Detection of Human SHARP by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SHARP antibody NB100-58799 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. SHARP was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SHARP antibody NB100-58798, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
