ELISA plate was coated with serially diluted Rabbit F(ab’)2 IgG-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 0112-01). Immunoglobulin was detected with Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG F(ab’)2-BIOT and Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG Fc-BIOT (SB Cat. No. 4041-08) followed by Streptavidin-HRP (SB Cat No. 7100-05) and quantified.
