Goat IgG-APC
FLISA plate was coated with Rabbit Anti-Goat IgG(H+L)-UNLB (SB Cat. No. 6160-01). Serially diluted Goat IgG-APC (SB Cat. No. 0109-11) was captured and fluorescence intensity quantified.
Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD3-UNLB followed by Goat IgG-APC (SB Cat No. 0109-11; gray) and Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-PE (SB Cat. No. 1070-11).
