Indirect immunostaining of a PFA fixed paraffin embedded cortex section from a sporadic Alzheimer´s disease patient (dilution 1 : 100). Immunoreactivity in blood vessels was revealed using diaminobenzidine as chromagen. Nuclei were counterstained with haematoxylin (blue).
