Western blot analysis of CDCA7L in HCT-116 cell lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide and 3) NIH 3T3 cell lysate using this antibody at 4 µg/mL and 2 µg/mL, respectively. Samples were incubated in CDCA7L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23443) followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.
