Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of THP1 (Lane 1), U937 (Lane 2), Jurkat (Lane 3), MCF7 (Lane 4), A549 (Lane 5), Caco2 (Lane 6) and HepG2 (Lane 7). The blot was probed with Anti-RAC2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-29681, 1:3,000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4,000 dilution). A 21 kDa band corresponding to RAC2 was observed across all the cell lines tested except MCF7, A549, Caco2 and HepG2. Additional non-specific bands were also observed at 35 and 50 kDa across the cell lines.
